Broke: Don’t casually kill people

Go thru the future defendants social media accounts and you will likely find that this was not the first incident. A Sharp DA can get the guy to plead something more than manslaughter.

Sure you can.
Remind people that even if you replaced the cast with men (and got rid of the female-anatomy specific jokes) the movie would STILL suck.

AV Club still sticking up for Ghostbusters is the progressive version of the sunken cost fallacy.

It’s a shame that there’s no way of saying that Ghostbusters is a lazy, sloppy, jumped-up SNL sketch without instantly finding yourself in the trenches of the culture wars alongside Milo Yiannopoulis.

You forgot to mention the reason Ghostbusters 2016 flopped.

Sounds pretty smart to get empty-headed drug addicts with faulty guns off the streets tbh.

If you see a child abuser on trial for breaking your “punishment” of a fucking school exam and instead galavanting all over the world and he’s not even apologetic and your view is “eh, he’s not done anything that bad” you don’t deserve to sit on any part of the judiciary.

And it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. I’m hoping that all of his former “associates/former managers” who were also arrested, will turn on Rainbow Brite Chucky and cut a deal for themselves.

TBH: Other than these articles on Jezebel about his troubles with the law for the last year or so, I have never heard of this person.

Your making brand assumptions about his actual ability to play at a high level.  leading them to the playoffs?  highly, highly doubtful.  They’d be better off bringing RGIII back

But that’s how taunting plays are penalised, if they happened during the play itself rather than afterwards, and that’s how penalties are enforced as a general principle. Even for mere procedural technicalities like a player lined up wrong, you don’t allow the play to stand. The question is, why would you treat

i don’t think it matters which fingers were used the way the rule is written. taunting or celebrating before crossing the line is flagged the last five or more years.

You get right the hell out of here with this perfect reply. I pretty much guarantee you the author does not respond to your perfect reply. Racism is real in all forms of life, medical is no exception but this is not it.

I agree. It does feel a bit irresponsible, like click bait. Have definitely experienced medical racism. But we know nothing about the care she got, whether she was compliant, and whether or not she was advised to come in and didn’t. We don’t know anything but it definitely gets clicks to treat this like we do know.

C’mon, this is The Root where EVERYTHING has an anti-white agenda! This wouldn’t even be news if the doc was black!

Yeah I’m struggling to find a link in the article as well. Pneumonia is an absolute killer. Steve Jobs was a white male billionaire, but couldn’t beat cancer.

Maybe I’m out of the loop, but there’s no details explaining how we can link this to medical negligence? Creating a belief that Ms. Porter went a doc and got negligent care because she’s black doesn’t seem accurate; I have read that she was feeling ill the night before passing and was discovered at home deceased, not

A lot of stuff Patricia has done is silly. But this isn’t.

Bah gawd, that’s Nathan Peterman’s music!
