They told you the rule. They flagged you two weeks in a row to help you change your behavior. How dumb are you?

lol, the Aaron Rodgers rule has screwed the Packers twice. Perfect.
If this is how the rule is going to be enforced, and if it’s enforced consistently, it’s the end of sacks in the NFL. There was literally no way Matthews could have done anything differently; he can’t change the laws of physics.
Well if AARon Rodgers didn’t break a collarbone every time he was tackled, it probably wouldn’t be a rule.
While this new rule is bullshit, considering one of the main reasons the rule is changed is because Rodgers got hurt again, the fact that it’s so far disproportionately affecting the Packers is honestly really funny to me.
I love that it’s the Packers getting called the most for the Aaron Rodgers rule. They made their bed, now they can sleep in it.
So this rule is to help QBs... ok fine. But these guys have been taught their whole career to tackle a certain way (a way that makes sure the guy gets tackled every time and doesn’t get away) and now it’s all bullshit.
Let’s not forget that the whole reason we have this stupid new tackling rule is because Aaron Rodgers got hurt ONCE by a clean tackle. And the NFL said, we can’t have that again! So I hope this keeps happening to Clay.
At this point, the defenders should cease trying to comply with this rule, and simply plant the QB as far into the turf as possible, destroying his shoulder, spine, and several internal organs. Then get up and accept the 15 yard penalty, while the back-up QB scrambles to find his shiny helmet.
He tore it on the cut, you can watch his knee buckle immediately
If these Delicate flowers of quarterbacks can’t play football without getting dirty then maybe they should find new jobs!! what has this sport turned into???
The NFL is only killing itself faster with this stupid rule
Matthews was flagged for roughing Alex Smith on yet another play that didn’t look that bad
Is the solution going to be that defensive players have to not tackle quartebacks but just hit them hard and hope it is enough to make the quarteback fall in such a way that he will be down? This rule is such bullshit.
Clay has a long and sordid history of late hitting QBs for no damn reason -- he did it against Chicago in Week 1. Glad to see this criminal getting called for his bullshit.
Last weeks was way softer than this one. Hit sorta high, made sure he landed on him heavy. Yes, the rule is ridiculous, but this looks like what they are trying to do with it.
Yes. Packer fan here too, and he looks like he landed on the QB with all his weight.
Yeah, the rule is kind of shitty, but if you are going to implement the shitty rule, this seems like the play it was shittily meant to be enforced against.
That sure looks like a textbook example of the new rule (and I’m a Packers fan).
Perfect example of social justice fascism at work.
