Agreed. And a good attorney would probably have also said the thing about the pregnancy being unwanted so there was no reason to make him crappy.

There were definitely some good bits in the episode but I'm feeling really let down by the Rafael story line. I think it is the first example of truly weak writing on this show. It was bound to happen but I'm sad.
