Oh my god... Disturbing is the perfect word. I’m so sorry that you and your husband had to encounter something so awful on your property. I’d be feeling the same way as you and just wondering if a human did that. We hate to admit it, but we live among millions of sociopaths. They’re everywhere. All around us.

Oh wow. You’re totally right! I honestly would not have connected the dots on that one as quickly.

Real talk. I feel like that white news reporter with one of my staff members and it’s very uncomfortable for me. I was born and raised in PA and I’m Italian/white. She was born and raised in NY and her parents are from El Salvador. We both have a “north american” accent. But she has a spanish accent when she

I recognize that this post is about women photographing women, but this reminded me of that recent Buzzfeed article that featured a male photographer who has an Instagram page called “Redheads.” He claims to search for diversity among redheads by “traveling the world” but his stuff just screams “I’ve got a fetish for

I read the whole thing but was more responding to this particular statement in the article.

Same shit different day. Bi people who don’t fit some “queer aesthetic” are assumed to be “straights playing gay” until bi people officially come out. Also, she’s an actress... Regardless of her sexuality, she could very well be a straight playing gay and that’s okay.

I have a friend who is EXTRA like that, plus emojis. It’s exhausting watching her try so hard to convince everyone that she has found the #loveofmylife with every guy she dates. I remember her short stint of being single for about a month and she was claiming to be “happier as a single and independent woman.” Oy. It

Oh my.... Yikes! That makes a lot of sense, though. Major overcompensation.

I also liked their show for some reason. I was intrigued by their story, I guess? Or is it sTori? Ugh. Signing off...

Tori and Dean seem like that couple always attempting to convince people they’re richer than they are and more in love than they are. Constantly buying new houses and having more kids to.... “fix” things? Push “reset” to kickstart their marriage over and over again?

Your pup sounds just lovely and is lucky to be in such wonderful hands. I don’t understand how some dog owners take it so personally when you just don’t want to say hi. If we get “Sorry, we can’t say hi” I respect it and keep moving. I had to do that with my last dog with little kids so I understand what it’s like to

lol I like your friend.

lol YUP! They are absolutely the mommy bloggers of the dog world.

This would be super difficult for me to do but I REALLY like the challenge behind this idea. Thank you.

Yeah, it really just sat with me the entire day. I may try the sarcasm next time it’s clearly mansplaining bullshit. Thank you.

lol I like that.

:( I hear you... Sending lots of comfort your way.

That is terrible... I’m so so sorry. :( You did everything right, though. As a parent, you can’t always keep tabs on kids every single second, especially other people’s kids who may not be taught how to be gentle with animals. You 100% have the right to feel angry and sad, though. *hugs*

I got a puppy in February and he is AWESOME. I really love this little bugger. I’d post a pic but I want to maintain some anonymity here.

Oh yeah. That transition from friend/colleague to boss would be hard. The fact that you’re thinking about this gives me the sense that you’d be a very mindful manager. That’s a key ingredient in strong management. You’ve got this.
