Best

Your right, I've had two SVO's, a 1984 and then a 1985½. The '85½ was one of my favorite cars, it handled better and the seats were way better than my '85½ GT, with stitched leather and lumbar support. I sold the SVO's, but kept the GT for 16 yrs. A record for me. Torque is king on the street.

"Makes a hell of a lot more sense", in a race car. It's not about figuring it out, it's about driving conventional shift pattern for years and then in stop and go multi-lane traffic with ten things going on a once, you downshift to reverse at 5mph. Nobody's prefect, except obviously you.

Satellite, Speed coverage starts @ Sat. 12:00 central

Dog-leg shift pattern. Race cars, ok. 2-3 shifts are easier. Street cars, just can't get used to it.

Or better.

I like this, not ready yet tho...

Hole shot!

Wish I still had my GT, with 3.55 gears in a 8.8 rear axle and flowmaster exhaust it ran a traction limited

Not a car but it brings me Mustang parts!

meh, grill opening needs to be smaller.

'vettes still have pushrod? how...um... old skool. tryin to be nice.

Flying Jeep!

Ford Probe!

What charm may look like...

Corvette Horseshoe Crab! LOL

Tires smashed in?

Talk about aftermarket support? You Bowtie boys need to wake up, all aluminum 427ci Ford small blocks are pretty popular with the Cobra replica crowd and I count at least 21 manufacturers making SBF aluminum heads.
