Less complex shadows and fewer particle effects perhaps, but nothing drastic. Choice of environments showcased at E3 also must have had a lot to do with it.

All the problems I've had with BF4 have been to do with battlelog. Remember how much more reliable the game was without it in BC2?

Lightning was an incredibly boring character in a cast of self-pitying emo pant-wetters. She is emblematic of this vapid, insubstantial ps3/x360 era of Final Fantasy and Square Enix would do well to leave her and her legacy behind and focus on what makes a great FF game: a good story, interesting and varied…

As a PC player I've had few problems with BF4. The biggest gripe is the instability of the battlelog system and the wildly inconsistent levels of performance between servers.
