Sorry but that is just a really narrow and ignorant point of view. It is a rape culture thing yes...but if you don't think that the "binge drinking" culture of hard partying and getting fucked up as quickly as possible has a hand in it, you just don't know what you're talking about.

So the premise here implies that it is alcohol alone that prompts these women to attend parties at frats. That...just isn't true. At least, it doesn't address the whole problem.
