in comedy/ art/ whatever, there should be nothing sacred,no boundaries, nothing off limits. If you find it offensive, stop watching, dont buy, boycott, there's plenty of options still instead of pressuring others to feel the same as yourself.

As it's equally safe to ignore the context of my points and stick to whatever narrative that causes you the most outrage
And yes, it is absolutely critical in how you see WHO made the threats - because when a woman does it, its less of abuse, yes? Because it isnt realistic that a woman would rape a woman? So they did the thing with the most emotional punch. Its manipulative.
My counter argument, if you can even call it that since I was pointing out the narrative the creators of the video wish to impose on us, thus creating arguments like this, if I may add - is that their point is fucking fuddled in their quest to make the point.
These are actors? that kind of defeats any purpose whatsoever.
Is this a video about supposed male aggression towards females or about how anonymity of the internet "promotes" verbal abuse?
She is seducing him, has been trying to do that since literally the third minute of the series (as she is watching him from the top of something post-hurricane). Her motivation towards him is based, drenched in sex - it is not clear whether her desire for him is a direct result of her sexual abuse as a child…
Same here, as soon as I saw MM was cast as Hanni, I knew he would be god-like.
But, character of Will, and Hugh's take on him, was my true revelation of Hannibal the show. I watched it fully three times now, and Will gets more and more layers of complexity every time.
Problem is, that's not really the last shot of Hannibal… Bedelia at the table is.
Also there will be a 4th season, so shut your filthy mouth, Ms/Mr Video Editor.
it was a favorite to hate-watch tho.
the 375th, 676th, 977th and 1278th shot played in 2x2 frame, so that the absurdity of life is emphasized.
There is something about Krause that's always making me think "oh I'd like to pinch his face cheeks" whereas this role should make me want to spread his ass cheeks, or at least make me wanna watch him do it to someone, which it doesnt.
that painting itself was the only exciting thing about the episode.
I thought that the dialogue about the weddings was cringe-worthy at best, downright cliche vomit inducing at worst, especially if I add the scene that follows immediately, when, after all the "i am a modern woman and i need no wedding" on top of "weddings suck so much I fuck people that probably had to work there as a…
Nothing of it really mattered, AFAIR Hannibal skewered young, which is very good in their books. S1 had the youngest average TV audience among broadcast for non-animated (~41y).
She isnt directly to blame, they (TV industry) all dance the little dance to the tune of media buying agencies, who basically still dictate that Nielsen is relevant, because all those account managers would rather not deal with any of that new internet shit kids like these days… :)
I'm sure Meechum was 'rocking his vote' hard
MEECHUM NOOOOO! I was looking forward to more m2m action… blah.
Hannibal inspired me to start eating meat again. I was a vegetarian for 22 years.
No, no no no no no. Fuck this year. Best shows getting canceled.
