Casefile's 5-parter on the East Area Rapist is worth a listen. Truly horrific, but incredibly well-researched and well-told.

If there are any Casefile fans out there, the most recent episode literally kept me up at night. Hesitant to call this a recommendation, but it's extremely compelling.

The picks the past couple months have been very…uninteresting. Can anyone turn me onto a few new shows?

Funny. I have no horse in this race and yes, compared to Fallon he might be, but I have not found Colbert to be authentic whatsoever as the Late Show host. There's something super shilly about him that I was supremely disappointed in. Been a while since I watched him though, so maybe I should tune in again.

Anyone who says it isn't is totally full of shit. The host was casual friends with Simmons and it's all "me, me, me." He ends each episode with a Richard Simmons quote. It's an insufferably dull podcast but I'm obviously alone on this so you may enjoy it.
