<The part where BMW makes a shitload of money selling cars that aren’t “decent”.>

The customer isn’t always right, but when you have so many of them telling you the same thing that you throw a little hissy like this, maybe they're a little right.

Maybe if they made a decent fucking car, they wouldn’t be tired of “hearing our shit.” Honestly, the nerve of this guy.

Almost as exhausting as comments critiquing comments.

“They don’t do colleges because their fees are too high for colleges to afford.”

Sure.

Umm... no.

If you check, his collection of Japanese Imports is so much more then Figaro’s.

good point

I’ve owned both. I enjoy both. Dismissing other people's choices out of hand is just annoying.

I don’t know. My wife’s car before we got married was an old Buick sedan. Then she had a Kia Rio, which she liked. After we got married we sat in a Flex at a car show and she loved it despite initially hating how it looked. She loved the space and the comfort. We leased one and really liked it. But it was just too big

Except it is easier to get in and out of your little jacked up hatch if you have a bad back or are old”

What do you think is more important to them? You think they care about driving dynamics during their hourly commute to work everyday?

That’s great for her, but just because you can do it doesn’t mean you wouldn’t want it easier right? I can waddle my way out of my low riding car, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t consider an easier higher riding car as my next purchase right?

It’s also worth mentioning that the higher driving position is more comfortable for drivers and passengers with mobility issues. My mom groans every time she has to sit down in my old Altima (and so help her if she ever tries to take a ride in Mr. Craycrayfish’s 86).

I owned a Wrangler in Colorado driving 6 hours to and from College, I understand crosswinds. It’s just not generally a big deal for most people.

Torch keeps missing the reason why people want the higher ride height and it has nothing to do with off-roading. It’s mostly for ease of entry/exit. It’s easier to get into and out of a taller vehicle, especially if that vehicle is a compact or subcompact.

For entirely illogical and irrational reasons, people have somehow collectively decided that they prefer taller vehicles with bigger wheels and a higher driving position. There’s no real, logical benefit to any of these qualities, and, in fact, you can argue that a taller vehicle impairs handling, makes the vehicle

Again you miss my fucking point. I am not now, nor will I ever, be interviewing for the position of Supreme Court Justice. Nor are, or (god help us) will you ever be in a Senate hearing applying for the job of Supreme Court Justice. If that is the insane hypothetical you are trying to apply then yes, I do hope I (or
