Okay, good point. I didn’t watch the video. I assumed he meant he drives it when the weather is perfect (ie no rain). I don’t live around snow anymore, how quickly I forget...

Thank you!! I was cringing so hard at this. Might as well wipe it off with sand paper.

Not knocking the guy for his obviously cool car and being passionate, but “when the weather is good” means he does not daily drive it. Right?

They can all use the same microUSB. I’ve had an Android phone since the first Motorola Droid. Across multiple Motorola, LG, and Samsung phones, I’ve been able to use the same charger (seriously, I have the original Droid charger still) on every single phone.

So they can change the charger every three years and force everyone to buy the new style? Sounds like a great idea.

I was thinking this too, maybe he had just fallen asleep and enough time had not yet elapsed to require driver input?

This is deliciously white trash

4.0L Wrangler with good tires and only 130k on the clock... NP! Even as a YJ, that’s not bad.

A little pricey, but probably worth it for all that surface area of cooling!

My last car had tan leather with suede inserts and it was MUCH cooler than my car now, with black leather. The ventilated seats are a must for black leather interiors. But I understand, cloth is better for temp regulation.

They’re worth it, for sure. Especially if you live in a hot, humid climate. Bonus points if it actually ventilates the back of the seat!

I second this spine cooling. My car has ventilated seats, but it’s just the bottom. It’s great to keep my boys cool and knock the heat down on summer days on the black leather, but why not continue the cooling up the back of the seat?! My back gets arguably even hotter in the car anyway.

Are we talking about vents directing air at my nuggets or ventilated seats? I’ve been in a few cars with vents and those are nice, but I think I prefer the ventilated seats in my car now. My only complaint is that it makes me bum feel moist if I leave them on too long, like I peed myself. They’re perfect to help cool

Ignoring all the crashy goodness, why would you start the car and back it up from the fence knowing you’re ripping the radiator out of the car? You’ve already done enough damage, why risk running the engine hot or tugging on other front end accessories?

As much as I love fog lights (I’m weirdly obsessed), I think you’re right. The whole nose would look much better without them. Then we don’t lose any “Aston-ness”, which you are correct, is almost always bad!

Yea, I wasn’t clear so my bad. To be honest, in my mind I wasn’t even thinking jack, I was thinking jack stands. Nobody actually gets under a car with just a jack under it do they? My God that sounds terrifying...

The profile of this car is incredibly awesome, I love it. 2 things that don’t sit well with me are the wheels (gag - but easy remedy), and the fog lights being “thick halos”... idk why, but I’m just not sold on that style.

Damnit... you’re not wrong...

Hmm, I won’t disagree with you here. I think that does look a bit better or flow better. I knew there was something off about the fog lights that bothered me, maybe this was it. I’m also not sold on the “thick halo” style fog. Anyway, well done.

Uh, yes. Perhaps I didn’t clarify enough, this includes using jackstands and shaking the car as much as possible. I still don’t like it.
