It's a really sad thing for everyone involved that Schilling's ambitions and reach were both bigger than they should have been. Was he on the right track? Probably. From the sound of things, he had some great ideas and really came at this from his heart. Unfortunately, reality doesn't take well to that.

That's not Bioshock, that's clearly Fallout: New Vegas. The recognizable sign saying "Welcome to New Vegas" kind of gave it away.
