Coffee DOES dehydrate you. And the amount of water in the coffee isn’t nearly enough water to replenish what you lose. You also lose electrolytes. Anything with caffeine dehydrates you technically. Go run a 5k, and when you’re back, drink a cup of coffee and then tell me it doesn’t dehydrate you.
