I have to say Effie has way more balls then the producer they had the first 2 season (the one with the fro, forgot his name) he would let the director walk all over him.

For all the PG I am always surprised (except for season 3) how little or green the directs are when it comes to the business of film, working in the industry and being on set particularly.
