Quick question: How did the engine work in the wagon variants? It was rear engined, so it would have had to go under the cargo bay. Wouldn’t that cause... problems?

Doesn't need to be there to make a car great. See Lancia Fulvia, Mini, Civic Type R, Saab Sonnet, etc. 

Yup. There is an N Line in the works, and there is talk of a full blown N in the future. 

The new generation of Honda Amaze somehow manages to look both better and worse in person. The old one, while blander, did look more handsome.

Good news is, Hypercars may bring back some of that.

If it helps, it has been reported that for India at least, the mid to top variants of this car will rival the base to mid variants of the Jeep Compass. It’s supposed to be about the same size, maybe a bit smaller.

There was a really good Indian political thriller called Lucifer that came out earlier this year. It didn’t have any actual demons in it, but the protagonist drove around in a Mark 1 Hindustan Ambassador exactly like this one:
