Isn’t the W123 considered a direct predecessor to the E-class? With the actual E-class name not being used until the the W124?
You realize this is Volvo, right?
TBH, reminds me of a slightly more bulky Polestar 2.
India has a tonne of examples like this. Our closed market meant a lot of early automotive development needed western IPs to start, before the they could gain steam. Standard in the UK folded in the late 50s. Standard in India folded around 2006. British Leyland? Gone. Ashok Leyland? One of the biggest commercial…
My grand-uncle has one, but I think it’s a later model, with fully square headlights. He’s E-class mad! Bought every generation starting with that one (I know the W123 isn’t really an E-class, but that’s what he always called it). But he later sold the 210 and 211. Heh... Exclamation point...
In India we got that as the ‘Sporty One’
I have no idea about ‘geofencing’, but don’t Volvos come with external cameras? They could just scan for School/Hospital signs, and automatically slow to the posted limit. The only people whose privacy is affected are those outside the car!
It’s like it saw something vague in town and is leaving, while trying to keep a happy face.
Past mock-ups, I don’t think so. It’s a rendering of an F/A-XX 6th gen jetfighter.
What’s this about the Moon and our atmosphere?
