I agree. I mean I keep hearing about this potential Rock-led film, but it doesn't fill me with optimism.

Looking back on it, it's hard to believe "The Wolfman" remake came out seven years ago. It was disappointing, but I've always given it credit for a few things.

I would've loved to have seen a Denzel Washington-led, Tony Scott-directed, mid-budgeted, hard R-rated "The Creature From the Black Lagoon".

A buddy of mine told me that he's surprised a picture of Naked Mideon, hasn't shown up on the board yet.

The last time about this, Mel Gibson was going to star in it.

Actually, as overlong as "Bad Boys II" is, I love the ending in Cuba.

2016 Ghostbusters didn't have "Nobody's Fool" on the soundtrack.

No kidding. I recently overheard someone say they couldn't enjoy "The Hunt For Red October", because of Jack Ryan explaining turbulence to a female flight attendant.

Oh, it's terrible. I don't even know what the hell it was supposed to be?

Yeah, I've had it with "thinkpieces" on why the original "Ghostbusters" isn't that good.

It's easily forgotten that Aykroyd is also a screenwriter and director. So, he would have a better grip on Hollywood economics then the average actor.

It's hard to even fathom that.

Apparently, last weekend someone posted a director's cut of "Spider-Man 3" on Amazon. It was taken down.

- I went to a Thursday night showing of "Wonder Woman" . I enjoyed it, but it was good not great. All I wanted it to be was better than the previous three entries in the DCEU canon. I had a good time and it was enjoyable, if very overlong. The coordinates in the DCEU ship have been corrected. I look at like I look at

FXX reran that episode a few weeks ago. It's one of those episode that I will never tire of and it does indeed feel like the show was going to end now or later.
But, it's also a commentary on the fans complaining about the quality of the show.

Yeah, I enjoyed "Dead Men Tell No Tales" a lot last week when I saw it. I think time will be kind to it. Coming off the shit storm that was "Alien: Covenant" the week prior, "Pirates" was refreshing. Fun, breezy and action-packed. I also appreciated the run time (129 Minutes- the shortest in the franchise so far).

I saw U2 at the Forum in L.A a couple of years ago on their "Innocence+Experience" tour. It was great. I regret no picking up any tickets for the Rose Bowl shows a few weeks ago.

I've been championing "Trespass" for years. I'm glad there's been love for it around these parts.

I loved that episode of "Tales From the Crypt" (directed by Michael J. Fox), where McGill played a scumbag, who convinces his wife and meek younger brother (Bruno Kirby played the brother) to fake his death for insurance money.

It's a shame Cusack has been relegated to direct-to-video territory. "Love & Mercy" was great and I was hoping that would be a comeback.
