Sing the praises, it deserves it all. Great storytelling, practical effecs, minimal CGI is what we need in our action movies.

I just watched Quigley on MGMHD last week and I loved it. I've never seen it all the way through, but I thought it was great. Good story, acting and the cinematography is outstanding. Both Tom Selleck and Alan Rickman are amazing in that movie.
It hasn't been mentioned, but the Spirit Squad did win the Tag Team titles during their run. This was a weird period for Tag Team wrestling, 2006 RAW has makeshift teams like Rob Conway and Matt Striker, Charlie Haas and Viscera. Cade and Murdoch, Cryme Tyme and The Highlanders were on the roster as well.
I remember Jerry Lawler at the 1997 Royal Rumble referring to Jesse James as a "Promising young singer, who should promise to never sing".
I think by that time, he was going by Big Evil, which I loved because he turned into such a self-absorbed prick, it was great.
I liked The Mountie.
I recall seeing the headline "Brutus Beefcake Causes Anthrax Scare" on some wrestling site. It felt so surreal reading the entire story.
"Horowitz Wins! Horowitz Wins"
Luckily, I work with some wrestling fans and I'm able to use to such phrases.
The others I work with, I have to explain. It's a win/lose scenario and I accept it.
I haven't scrolled down far enough, but Art Barr's The Juicer (a take on Beetlejuice).
Actually, Vince McMahon watched "Cruel Intentions" and came up with the incest angle after seeing the film.
This one is weird, but do you remember Buzzkill? It was Brad Armstrong in WCW in late-1999 ripping-off his brother the Road Dogg. It wasn't until I read "WrestleCrap" about nine years ago, that I remembered Buzzkill. Poor Brad Armstrong deserved so much better. I'm glad to read that the writers appreciated him.
The L.A Sports Arena is getting one last hurrah with Bruce, before it gets torn down. Being only a few hours away from L.A, I'd like to go there before that happens. The Boss is on my must-see list.
Everyone does enjoy "Rocky Balboa".
A "Random Roles" with Cary Elwes, should be way longer.
Such a tragedy. I hope the victims rest in peace. My heart goes to the families affected by this. I hope everyone in Paris finds safety.
I'm sorry about that. Hopefully, he'll recover quickly.
"Seinfeld" was way better, but can we give "The Drew Carey Show" some love around here? Everyone was on fire on that show, the writing was always solid and the laughs were always great. I recall ABC doing an internet simulcast of an episode. I agree with the notion that it was pretty revolutionary. Drew was actually a…
About as mind-boggling as the episode that starred Hank Azaria and Travis Tritt.
I think Lewis Arquette was in that one, along with Mark Rolston, whose character owned the mummy that was the Cryptkeeper's mother.
