"I saw we let him go!" always makes me laugh.

Amen, brother.

Mr. O'Neal was apparently dead center in the front, so he'll be writing it up soon. Too many choices, as always!

I don't know why
the columns got all screwy. but i'm sleepy, so enjoy it as best you can. also: firsties.

Michael Stipe?
Did anybody see the mysteriously bearded Michael Stipe on the show earlier this week? He wasn't singing; he just came on to chat. He gave Jimmy a bronze sculpture of a polaroid camera, and then he recorded an outgoing voicemail message for Jimmy's iphone. It was weird, but actually made me think Fallon

Thank you, Erik—you nailed my thinking exactly. I want a blu-ray player, which is why I'm considering a PS3. Gonna wait to see if the price drops to $299, though… That's the rumor.

Also…
Guess what has two thumbs and saw FOUR cast members of The Wire at a restaurant in L.A. last week, all hanging out together? This guy. (For the record: Bubbles, Herc, D'Angelo Barksdale, and Alma. And no, I did not approach them.)

Oh yeah, indeed. Is it ever on screen, though? I can't remember.

And here's something else to freak you the fuck out: Tasha has never seen an episode of Seinfeld either. We're going to do a double Better Late Than Never sometime in the next few months. Our co-workers have picked out the ten best eps for us to start with.

the criteria
Before y'all start Internet screaming about all the obvious movies we missed, we followed some fairly strict guidelines for this Inventory. Most importantly, as the title states—no zombies. The corpse had to get dead (or already be dead) and stay dead. The corpse also had to play at least some role in the
