I liked him in Bored to Death, Portlandia, Tim and Eric (he honestly killed me in his bits on that one) and various other shows. Pretty much any time he's a character. To be fair to Oswalt, I don't like 90% of the stand-up I watch.

He's a fun cameo for me. Not much else.

I'm usually pretty receptive to satire of shows I love, but the true detective parodies aren't doing it for me. It'd be better if one of these parodies worked an actual joke into Rust's long-winded speeches rather than just saying things.

My only problem with the penalties, was what they decided to call in OT, after watching a 3rd period of constant holding, interference, and even tackling of players without the puck.
