Truth. That GT350 is pretty neat.

Not to be that guy, but 370hp @ 3300 pounds doesn’t seem that impressive for a M car in 2015/2016. If this is sub-50k w/o fancy options, potentially I could see it as a value item, but I doubt it’ll ever be sub-50k. Other than the back seat, would there be any reason not to buy a C7 Corvette over this?
I’ve paid cash for $60k cars and financed $15k cars. It’s 100% dependent on rate and your ability to use your money to make money. I will normally hold finance on cars if I can get sub-3% or better yet, roll the car finance on a sub-3% home equity line of credit and deduct the interest paid as mortgage interest on my…
Valid. I’d prefer they just went to something else altogether.
The new LT1 is incredible. It’s all of the things I loved about the LS except for even more immediately torque on the bottom end. It feels like a diesel except for it still revs. I enjoy driving my C7 Corvette w/ the LT1 more than any other car I’ve ever driven due to that. Just mash the gas in any gear anywhere. I…
I’ve owned these brands:
This should help lower my tax bill.
Sold a 1994 Dodge Shadow which had no hope in hell in passing NYS inspection ever again due to fact that the entire rear brake assembly was effectively one solid piece of rust. The guy came to pick it up in his barely running 80’s Chevy van which had no rear hinge latch anymore so the rear door just batted around. He…
Disagree strongly. Have had “microfiber” suede in multiple cars. 2015 STi, 2014 C7 Corvette. I love it and wish I had it in my Audi A7 & dirty ass Golf TDI. To each their own I suppose, but I hate leather way more.
I would respond to them by idling my wife’s Golf TDI in the driveway polluting the shit out of the environment while doing glorious burnouts in my C7 Corvette just to guarantee that they knew that I don’t care at all.
“The answer to this question is clearly yes. I say this because Volkswagen has spent the last decade or two building unreliable, mediocre, poorly constructed automobiles, and people keep buying them.
I’ve gotten well over 31mpg on my C7 Corvette in 7th gear 4 cylinder mode on long trips a few times. It’s incredible.
Knock from the engine bay.
I just recently bought an Audi A7 with the ZF transmission instead of the DCT. I actually don’t hate it. It’s arguably better around town than my fiance’s Golf TDI w/ the DCT. I haven’t owned an automatic since roughly 2007 so it’s a bit odd, but I can’t say that it matters.
He must’ve realized how awful the new BMW lineup is.
I have no desire to own this or anything in this segment, but the design here does look good.
Just picked up a 2016 Audi A7 today. That liftback is hot. Very similar style because basically same platform. Perfect complement to the 2014 C7 Corvette & the Golf TDI!
C7 Corvette. Exhaust flaps open in the variable mode exhaust. Put it in second gear. Press gas pedal to floor. Giggle like a child. I just got done doing that roughly 3 minutes ago.
The Bills would win by heading to the coldest part of the games, eating as much grease soaked fried chicken leftovers as possible and waiting for the shit to end because they almost refuse to win or acquire talent as a hobby. It’d be half accident, half by default.
I have literally never cared about the color of a car I purchased until I bought my C7 Corvette because the brighter of the two blues is so fucking nice. Removed from that, I’ll take shitstain brown or baby puke green because who fucking cares.
