God, I hate SEMA cars. I'm also not a big fan of Mustangs.

Yeah, Porsche wouldn't de-Porsche themselves. While I do like the styling and performance offered by nearly all of their vehicles, you are certainly paying a badge premium in a spec-for-spec comparison. Entering with a $4x,xxx flat 4 Cayman seems like an odd and poor business move. People will pay $80k+ for a car that

As a previously WRX and current gen STi owner, I'm not going to lie that I'll be sort of disappointed if they move to the flat 4. While the STi is a hell of a fun car to drive, the low end grunt does not exist. Could Porsche out-engineer Subaru and make a "torque all over" flat 4? Sure. But as someone who loves

Acura needs to step up and make a luxury version of the old world giant killer STi. You know, back when the STi was so much more performance per $ that it was stupid not to buy it - running with M3's and the such. That'd slap the label on their new "yup, it's got AWD now" mentality - and they're already going the road

Saw a dude cruising around Philly in a BMW 7 series with a single letter on the back badge area: "M". Fortunately, my fiance has been trained to hate people as much as I have and she promptly said "look at that asshole". I guess that's why I'm marrying her.

Dear lord, this sounds amazing.

I agree. Other companies still make trucks with V8's. I'd honestly probably go down that road myself. While I'm sure the turbo motors are functionally good, I can't imagine extreme durability from them.

Honestly, loved driving my old WRX and my current STi in Manhattan. Why? No so expensive that you feel like you're gambling a mortgage on potholes/traffic, can handle uneven road surfaces, fast enough to drive like a proper New Yorker all while providing great gas mileage. Except for that last part. I averaged 8.5mpg

Not to be a total pile, but realistically, get a better job or make more money first. Job not feasible? Shimmy your damn way into owning a multi-family home on a FHA loan that only requires 3.5% down, negotiate the closing costs to be paid by buyer as part of purchase and offer more on the home as needed. That'll cut

I don't get it. If your truck sounds like a vacuum cleaner, let the forced induction air sucking pride roll. Who cares. I like loud exhausts when done properly. Want a louder truck? Get a louder exhaust. No, it won't sound like a V8. Do people even know what V8's sound like anymore?

I'm from Buffalo. You've got the Bills demographic right. Kudos.

Viper & Corvette drivers drive exclusive 5 mph under the speed limit very safely and never above 3000 RPM.

Way bigger fan of the ones that show a lonesome "Dad" & "Mom" figure surrounded by bags of money.

Respectable for someone who probably doesn't consider Photoshop their main gig.

I would prefer Lotus go full Porsche and make a bunch of monstrosities to make money in order to keep their performance lineup alive and well in Anerica.

This video helps me justify never owning a daily driver with less than 300hp. As a safety feature.

Wow, this is gross as fuck.

Free is never free. They just raise the price $300 and add two oil changes that you cannot opt out of. If they didn't raise the price, they made something else in the car cost them $300 less. Same with BMW's "no cost" manual transmission.

STi had some light options that pushed invoice up. Checked options @ invoice cost and referenced through third party sources - so that aligns. I checked the bill of sale and I actually paid $33.9k w/ a few hundred bucks in options, apparently I have a poor memory. I do remember the hard calc was slightly better than

Okay - so then you got it roughly 2k or so off MSRP, which is (roughly) $500 under invoice on the BRZ limited manual (from what Truecar tells me) - so that's a good deal since there's roughly $600 in holdback after invoice pricing. Simple math says that the dealership made about $100 on the car without extended
