I don’t know, I feel like most of these issues would be solved by not living in a city center, and by having a garage, as presumably 99% of the buyers of these cars do.

Boomer Corvette owner here. FFS, we don’t all have shitty taste in wheels. The general rule is if your car is old enough to have chrome bumpers and trim, chrome wheels are acceptable. Otherwise, they look ridiculous.

It actually warms my heart to see Ford finally decided to do in 2019 what GM has been shat on for doing for 30 years lol. The secret is pushrod engines.

I loved driving it—the handling, the speed, the acceleration. I loved that when you stepped on the gas, you knew it.

In defense of the Z/28, it was priced about $20,000 higher than the more powerful ZL1 of the same year... Which was faster in a straight line and more responsive to mods.

Yep, that’s how I would order it.

Let’s talk about an even bigger problem - people turning on their hazard lights in the rain.

95% of the sports and performance cars I see have never been to the track. So I guess we should all drive Mitsubishi Mirages?

Also, 100% of all exotic cars I’ve seen on the road were not a race track.

I think lapped cars should be allowed to turn around and drive in the opposite direction at full throttle, take out a few opponents, then pause and hit ‘Restart Race’.

“Old whites are stupid and stinky” articles not turning out to be founded on anything but a deliberate twitter search?  Word?

That’s a terrible waste of a car

I think so, yes. A pebble is sneakier and not as destructive.

Insurance won’t be obsolete.

Or look at other alternatives like buying new with factory incentives and close to zero % interest rate. Sometimes people are so convinced that a 2 years old car is such a better deal that they forget to look at the big picture and end up paying more for less.

It works but lets revist this pic in 250,000 miles and tell me how the belts, hoses and plastics are holding up. Not to mention the heat load being placed of the AC system and cooling module.

Most shops doing custom installs and the aftermarket could care less about that. They are just looking for a spot to put the

They should replace ALL of their CVTs with Ford Focus DCTs. It would be an improvement.

And, with BMW eliminating dispsticks in favor of electronic level sensors in the late 2000s, the Germans have been able to turn around and play the same trick on many unsuspecting owners!
