That’s probably more than 99% of the buying public though. And CR tends to put reliability, luxury, and then fun to drive in that order for their lists since I believe that’s what car buyers (overall) follow.

English should be spoken everywhere because it is the official or accepted language of commerce, banking, transportation, industry, etc. If you choose to NOT speak English, you put yourself at a serious disadvatage if you want to be part of the global community.
