It’s probably tuned more for emissions and a broader torque curve than your 24 year old Honda.

Generally speaking, the EU is not very friendly towards manufacturing companies which makes it very difficult to make a profit. I work for a European based company, and even though there are more people working in Europe than the US the US side of the company keeps the European side of the company afloat.

Thinking which one looks better inside and out is completely subjective, and I can easily see why people would think both ways. I just wanted to state that the digital gauges, magnaride, and active exhaust are not segment firsts. The Camaro had active exhaust on the SS and ZL1 models starting the 2012 MY. That

You are talking about features that Camaro has had for a few years now...

GM advertised the same features with the 10 speed in the ZL1.

Do you have anymore pictures of what appears to be a Factory Five GTM?

This makes me ask if electric cars going more mainstream actually save amateur racing. It seems that many race tracks in this country are being shut down because the cities eventually grew up and around the tracks, neighbors complained, and the track got shut down or heavily restricted on noise. Could electric cars be

It’s probably cooling the intercooler fluid which is used to cool the intake air. You can “pre-chill” the water to allow for cooler intake temps coming off the line. You won’t be running the A/C during the run so the intake temps will start to creep back up as you finish the run.

Actually I believe that the cooling is directed to the intercooler. Supercharging (or turbocharging) heats up air as it is compressed due to the laws of physics. Intercoolers are utilized to cool that air back down to make it more dense when it enters the engine which ultimately allows for the supercharger to push

The same can be said for any kind of racing out there. You can build almost any chassis to be capable for any kind of track event. However, there are factory cars also built for those types of events as well. People don’t complain when Subaru builds the STI or Ford builds the Raptor. Why do people complain when Dodge

The Challenger is a large car. I bet it can fit a LOT of groceries in the trunk.

You need to consider the chassis as well. Current car chassis are designed around having combustion engines, transmissions, exhaust tunnels, fuel tanks, radiators, etc. Tesla chassis are designed from the ground up for batteries and electric motors which allows for much more efficient packaging, operation, andw eight

So let me get this strait. The Bolt is not sold in every state yet and is slated by the manufacturer as being on track in terms of sales and production. However, it is claimed as being an utter failure by the press before it even finishes its rollout. This is similar to automotive journalists calling the Chevy SS a

They get the information from state registration records.

You do realize that every corporation uses lobbyists to some extent. Lobbying is completely legal, and a business could be sued by the shareholders for not trying to protect itself if it refuses to lobby for or against government action. Lobbying is also used to educate the politicians who are drafting and passing

I actually passed one of those on I-65 South last weekend. Coming up from the back it looked like a Heavy/Super Duty truck due to the bed, but then I did a double take as I passed it.

The Explorer Sport Trac was built on the Explorer platform not the Ranger platform. The Explorer went completely away from the Ranger platform starting in ‘02.

The SS is on the older, heavier Zeta 2 chassis while the ATS/CTS are on the newer, lighter Alpha chassis.

The Buick Lacrosse is on a similar platform and has an AWD option, but it still obviously has a transverse engine.

The vast majority of those models are V6 models with the occasional R/T with the small (<400 hp) V8. Chevrolet sells the V6 Impala which directly competes with the V6 Chargers and 300s. The SS only competes with the SRT8 models. The numbers sold of those is more in line with the number of SS’s sold.
