They are limited by size and weight constraints. The trailers can only be so big, and the cargo can only weigh so much. Most trucks on the road are running at weight capacity for the majority of their run.

I can't think of many cars that have <120 hp. Even subcompacts are beyond that in nearly every iteration.
So I take it that you aren't too disappointed with the modern ZL1, Z/28, GT350, and GT500 which are more true to heritage.
It says that the packages include goodies such as new air intakes, different exhaust, upgraded suspension, brakes, drive modes, etc. There are a few performance bits in the package.
I DD a 2000 Accord and feel dwarfed when next to a modern Civic in traffic.
I don't think it shares anything in common with the Malibu. It was built on a rear wheel drive Opel platform.
But you will save $50 a year in gas with this $6000 part!
I have never heard of needing to shift to 1st or wait 2 seconds before shifting into Reverse. I did just pull out my car’s manual, and this is all it has for Reverse. I have never waited and have never had Reverse grind on me.
The i3 has an optional ICE. The base model is electric only.
The game was launched in North America on 8/9.
I think that stigma of the automakers is what shows the difference of demand. GM is known as the dinosaur that is slow to change, slow to innovate, and is part of the “establishment”. Tesla is known as the game changer which is quick to innovate and is the challenger to the “establishment”.
There is truth in those…
I was trying to highlight people’s ignorance.
There are already videos on Youtube of the new ZL1 10 speed automatic. The car shifts amazingly quick.

The buyers aren't necessarily buying them with fuel efficiency in mind, but the manufacturer does have CAFE restrictions to work within. The customer isn't always too happy with a gas guzzler tax.
I actually have a 2013 ZL1 with a manual transmission, and I have no problems with the car being offered in Automatic. I haven't driven an automatic ZL1 ,but a friend of mine that races had access to one for a while and had nothing but high praises for it.
It is still offered with a manual transmission, so why is it a shame that it is offered with an automatic? I bought my last car with a manual, but I don’t understand the hate for cars even having automatic option. The automatics of today are far removed from the 2 and 3 speed versions of yesteryear. They in many cases…
You are trying to nitpick my argument. Using your argument, users expect the Autopilot to take an initial input which is the input to enable the system. Likewise, the automatic transmission requires an initial input. Do you want to go forward (D), backwards (R), or Park?
That is the formal FAA definition. However, you have to design and market to the lowest common denominator, think of Jeep Grand Cherokee shifter knobs. If you pick a random person off the street and ask them what Autopilot in a car means to them they will most likely say that the car completely drives itself.
That's a turbo, bro.
I would actually get very miffed even if it was the 2000 Honda Accord that I drive into work.
