Since he said that Microsoft would be ok with sexual, porn and nudity, but they(Bethesda) might have to get approval, I think he might be referring to Sony but even then I think it should be fine for that seeing as Sony is a Japanese company and Sexuality and Porn are barely even censored in Japan.
