The Action Launcher by Chris Lacy had this in version 2, but it was removed in the newest version. Apparently it was not a frequently used feature, although I used it all the time.

I listened to this book and it is a really good book. Interesting and thought-provoking. But I think this reviewer makes it seem like it is more practical than I did. When the book ended I was left thinking “that’s it?”
