I love their DIY, collaborative approach and the openness of their energy. Doesn't seem like an affectation to me, therefore not twee. I appreciate irony, but certainly don't miss it here. Oh, yeah- their music brings me reflection and joy. Not an easy combination. Great recent show in Brooklyn.
