It’s kind of amazing how easy it is to turn Grey Gardens into a horror film.

So they’re hiding that they’re child-endangering assholes behind their anonymity.

I met Harlan a couple of times and interacted more online and a couple of times on the phone when we traded mugs (a long story, he really needed a James Baldwin Barnes & Noble mug) and that is totally him. He could be really nice, really cantankerous and sometimes at the same time.

Cried like a baby when he died.

I met him once at a con and he could not have been nicer.

I live in the town John Mahoney lived in and I miss walking down Marion and ocassionally seeing him sitting at his favorite outside table and giving him a nod. Really nice, soft-spoken guy.

I blame the umpire, really, for not immediately throwing out Archer for trying to injure a player.

One of the joys of having no children is that I’ve never heard this song.  Now I just have to ignore the Rangers and the Reds and I can continue that, so, business as usual.

Emily, I understand that bad decision. Hereditary gave me an anxiety attack (sort of) in the theater and I left 10 minutes in; I waited until it was on DVD and I could pause it and walk around a bit. It’s a great movie that also just got under my skin in the worst way.
