Nobody knows what the hell it is at this point, so who knows? Might not even be eligible, as you say.

Wow, you are hilariously angry at the idea people might learn about Hamilton from something other than a book, aren't you?

Maybe this year, if whatever he wrote for Star Wars is eligible.

The July 8, 2015 article on Hamilton in the New York Times where Chernow talks about being involved in the musical and his praise for it:

Chernow would disagree/

How did I not know this exists, as a big fan of Linda Holmes' writing?

It's the only good use of the song. (Olivia Olson has quite a nice voice.)

Because people suck and they can't be bothered to seek out good Christmas music instead of this terrible thing.

She's had a nice few smaller things recently. Rabbit Hole (with Miles Tweller, coincidentally), she's great in and she's also very good in Stoker.

Probably Abe. Brimley's looked that old since about 1980 but he's still only 81, to Vigoda's 94.

Check out the sequel, Curse of the Cat People, some time. It's only tangentially a sequel but it's fascinating in its own weird way.

OK, now I feel odd that I just watched 4 EXO videos in a row.

First Cat People or the '80s remake?

I have a weird liking for that Hyena episode.

III is not that bad. It's just not as great. And hell, I think if you watch all three you get the Rise of Connie Corleone.

So say we all.

Oh, Jean Hagen is just fantastic. It could have been a thankless role but she really invests a lot into it. She and Kelly and play off of each other really, really well.

Friends of Eddie Coyle is kind of fascinating,. besides how the book and movie are great, in how they feel like Dennis Lehane from 30 years earlier (and Lehane apparently feels the same, since he wrote an intro for an Eddie rerelease).

It helps that singing and dancing aside, it has a really fun story as well.
