Because Silver Spoons made money.

Because unlike pretty much everyone else, the character as written had no other redeeming bits to work with. Even Nygma had one or two nice bits; Barbara, not so much, and then they focus on her for the last month of the season. Jesus.

I'll miss Cory's Disneyland stuff. The weird paranoia and middling novels, not so much.

Well, crap. Maybe, just maybe, it'll improve.

So is Barbara gone so it's safe to return I the show and hope it improves? 'Cause her stories were deadly last season.

Seriously. Thankfully, she choose interesting projects after that so I could like her in Whip it, Paul, Adventureland and so on.

Quinn was willing to make hard, long-term choices including supporting a rise in IL's incredibly low state income tax and paid the price.

As someone who just got a Scott Walker lite governor in Bruce Rauner, that's a touch choice. (On the other hand, we're lucky enough to have Durbin as our senior senator and soon we'll get rid of Mark Kirk.)

Naw, they're standing pat on them.

And Ping Pong Summer (which I actually liked quite a bit, if only for Susan Sarandon smacking a punk kid across the face with a mackerel).

It was tough for any other woman cast members during the "let's write only for Kristen Wiig" couple of years.

"Delaware. We're in…Delaware."

It's a little odd, watching Brooklyn Nine Nine, to realize how much better Samberg looks with a cop haircut.

I stopped making Jersey jokes after I started visiting Cape May on the southern end for summer trips; southern New Jersey is honestly incredibly lovely.

Considering the options…it's kind of the easy choice.

The current one, no question.

So which big pile of boring is Jost playing in this one?

Damn it, Eddie. :(

I'm calling Metahuman Musk for my fantasy football name.
