Well, there’s a difference between not needing to work, and not working. If you don’t need to work, you could do something you enjoy full time, whether it’s low paid or volunteer. Your “work” could be inspecting hiking trails. Or picking up litter from riverbanks or parks. Or operating a bookmobile. Something you…
I’d see about hiring someone with an understanding of the tax implications of the things I want to do with a gigantic pile of money. My immediate plans will involve paying off debt, buying a house, buying a house for my parents, inquiring if my brother and his wife would like a house (they have a pretty nice place…
I think the “assuming the game supports crossfire” part makes the tool’s assessment not as stupid as you are presenting it as.
I’m also lacking a graphics card. Who knew the integrated Intel graphics wouldn’t power the Rift? Everyone. Everyone knew. I just hope to get either a bleeding edge card around my Rift’s May ship date, or at least a better price on a currently existing card.
Well, I assume one is for the sensor used for tracking the IR LED array, and another for some of the sensors on the headset itself. A dongle for the included controller may explain another. The last I could imagine being for communication with any interface onboard the headset itself, assuming the interface isn’t on…
What you could do is buy one graphics card on the high end now, and in a few years when the price drops, buy another of the same card to SLI/Crossfire together.
I agree, but that may be because your video played, while the story one didn’t.
I take my Civic to a Valvoline. The way the one I go to works, I’d be surprised if anything that’s happening in the comments could happen to me. The person at my window and the person in the pit echo each other’s calls, like “filter off” “filter on,” and I don’t think they’d be able to skip the “putting oil in the…
Whenever I see some wall of math, I want to just say “sign error” and walk away.
I usually muddle a clementine, add bourbon, and then fill the rest of the mug or glass with hot water.
Gamestop is selling the Heavensward expansion for the same price, but their deal comes with a code for the base game.

That just looks uncomfortable. I’m considering getting a razer naga for MMO use, probably the wireless version. I’m also on the lookout for a wireless keyboard with programmable macro buttons on the left side.
I did this the other day. Easy for the most part. Backup your data (I didn’t back up my games because my larger external drive wasn’t the right format) download the full version of the software, put it in the right folder on a thumbdrive, swap the hard drives, install software, recover backup. Mine ran into a snag…
I think that would depend on your individual needs. That’s got 8GB of SSD, and 1TB of 5400 rpm. Even assuming the hard drive could optimize which files are stored based on use, that wouldn’t help if you were dealing with one or more games with more than 8GB of maps models and textures to load.

I’ve taken sugar pumpkins, roasted them in the oven, and then boiled them in the process of making beer. I then made pies out of the pumpkin chunks. The pies turned out well, as did the beer.
Would the ergonomics of the situation depend on your shoulder or chest width? And are we talking about typing, using the 10-key itself for entering numbers into a spreadsheet, or mouse+wasd gaming?

On the other hand, a friend of mine noticed that at his workplace, some of the management had it in for anybody they’d see not working, whether or not they were putting in full days. Using the onsite fitness room after work while waiting for rush hour traffic to clear up? You wouldn’t be there long.
