My understanding is that cauliflower is very dependent on it’s freshness. I do wonder if maybe boiling it for a shorter time, and maybe toasting it may help. There’s a restaurant near here that had a similar soup once, I didn’t have it but I heard good things about it. Not sure what they would have done differently.

Sounds awesome. I was just kicking around an idea about making a pie shaped meatloaf with a loose bacon weave to emulate a lattice top crust, and serving it with a scoop of smooth mashed potatoes. Of course, if i havent gotten around to trying to make scotch eggs, im not getting around to that
I still think it was the ewoks. If it had been a forest moon of wookiees, it might have been better, but then again, there’s almost no way they would have been a moon full of wookiees as awesome as Chewbacca. I guess the saving grace of the ewoks is that it shields Chewbacca from a possible fiasco.
