I think she looks like an average girl. A female character, even an iconic one, doesn't always have to look like she walked out of a Victoria's Secret catalog to be cool, smart, or interesting.
Well, Barbara was there as Oracle through both previous Arkham games, and given that we were seeing Batman far down the line of his career it made sense given the events of Killing Joke (which were even referenced in a bitter way by Barbara) and her evolution from Batgirl. If they would have brought in the later…
While it was certainly a bit...'Sucker Punch/300' it was, nonetheless, the best visual concept I've seen for Wonder Woman brought to the big or small screen. It's pretty much proof that if you want to bring the Princess of the Amazons out into the market, you need to entrust her to people who understand and appreciate…
This isn't that scene in question. It's just a Pig Monster trapped behind the box, thrashing. All the different angles you don't see a corpse being raped. The angle of the dead body you do see is off to the side.
Really, truly disappointed by the news that the season pass really is mostly for MP (which I've always seen as a waste of money/development resources for a game like this or RPGs) as I'd hoped they would have decided to add more SP after the success of the game. That said, I understand that this is SP content for 'The…
They posted the whole second season and it's pretty good. Honestly though, I wouldn't want to see it reflected in the reboot movie. The series tries to hard to "ground" the MK mythos and make it's characters edgier. But half the fun of Mortal Kombat is the over the top aspects of the characters and lore. Now, that's…
Oh My God. It's Les Misera-The Last of Us :)
That's the thing. If the series focuses on just a young Jim Gordon then, yeah, it's going to fall a little flat. Aside from this series being on Fox (which makes no flipping sense given that Warner Bros. has it's own freaking network), however, if the series is about the GCPD as a whole, then it can work.
Okay....so it's basically Metal Gear Cell: Blacklist? Hmm. Not a bad idea, I suppose (*shrug*)
That's actually really sad news. I was so pumped for this game. Even bought the Collector's Edition (which I still have. That, at least, turned out awesomely and the "Tome" looks sweet on a shelf), but holy hell did the game disappoint. I mean, everything they could do wrong with the game they did: Launched before…
(*Laughs*) That's why I said a cross between 'Infamous' and 'DCUO.' In other words I used *good* games as an example. Plus Destiny was really constrictive and linear. The version I'm thinking of for a DC game like this would be as open world as Infamous, but larger and have a much more robust catalog of…
I'd love for them to take a stab at something that's like a cross between DC Universe Online and Infamous. Let us create a male or female MetaHuman who comes into special abilities and starts down a path of Hero or Villain and, in the process, draws the attention of the Justice League or Legion of Doom (for good or…
Didn't hate the film. Visually it was brilliant. But I think it tried too hard to "ground" the Man of Steel (no pun intended) in a quagmire story of isolation, loss, and other heavy dramatic pathos that, really, Superman doesn't need. He's never been about that.
Guy sounds overly dramatic, pretentious, ungrateful and, simply put, "butt-hurt" over the fact that his game didn't have the impact at PAX he was expecting and so turns around and tosses Jerry under the bus as an excuse. Frankly, this whole BS "controversy" had, for the most part, gone away.
Good. It's something that never should have been implemented into the game. As they pointed out it just turned that game into a honey hole for farmers and it often defeated the loot mechanics for lesser or new players and reduced the challenge of the game (which was already a bit lessoned from previous iterations). My…
I'm actually for this. Sony has a number of really quality MMOs for their console and all of them are being brought over for the PS4. What's Xbox have so far? Defiance? Not an awful game, but there needs to be more on the MMO front for the 360/Xbox One.
Dude, ease off the fanboyism. Both next-gens are amazing and while Sony is still leading in Pre-Sales the Xbox One is gaining in numbers. The only thing that held it back were the restrictions. With those lifted, Microsoft is picking up steam again and getting back in the good graces of the gaming community that kept…
Likewise, I think this is a great new series, and I haven't liked anything Marvel *Comics* for awhile. It kind of feels like this series it's taking it's character building and emotional cues from Whedon's S.H.E.I.L.D series from all the previews I've watched.
Pretty awesome Live Action promo, but SWTOR remains one of the worst judgement/profit margin calls EA and LucasArts has made in a long time, dwarfing even Galaxies. They had, easily, the strongest game IP in the Star Wars portfolio with KOTOR and instead of taking the concept for SWTOR (quasi open world, multiple…
