No question it was a game that set the bar obscenely high for complex narrative and character development. I don't think all of the game mechanics were perfect (i.e. some elements of the combat could have been designed better) but when it came to the story, the actors/performances, and the setting it's trumped about

Kind of wish I.G. and Levine would have used someone like Eve here as opposed to the Cosplay artist they did hire. She was, in my opinion, way too fragile looking despite the quality of her Cosplay attire.

Ian's Palpatine is always a thrill to watch. (*Sigh*) But this wounded the child in me almost as much as the prequels >.>

H-Uh. Whelp. I'm sold (*Pre-Orders*)

Yeah, but that doubt proved valid. She was (*bleeping*) awful in that role. Julie freaking Newmar from back in the Adam West days was a more convincing Selina Kyle/Catwoman.

He's an amazing director, no question. But...what?!!! O.O

Must admit to being somewhat bewildered by Gergo's implication that Diablo 3 wasn't as dark as the original games. If by that he means it didn't look as dark graphics wise? Then true. Technology has come a long way, which is a good thing.

Feel bad for people who aren't even going to give this game a try or even the attention it deserves because of EA Hate or because they were "betrayed" by trusting in BioWare games before.

Bit disappointed to learn that many of the RPG elements they demoed in previous builds of the game were pulled out in favor of a much more straightforward story.

Thus far, the only website giving it a "terrible" review is Destructoid. And, considering the nature of the pompous asshat who gave that review, it doesn't surprise me. Most gaming sites have been fair in their reviews, pointing out it's flaws yet also highlighting the various things that the game get's right. In the

Looks exciting, engaging, and well crafted as all hell. I'm just glad we're getting a mix of some familiar XCOM mechanics while still getting an RPG experience that looks very BioWare/Bioshock inspired. Just wish people weren't already railing against the game in an "I told you so" fashion because of the "leaked"

Am I the only one here who's hoping that instead of Korra/Mako we get a romance focus on Bolin and Lin? Come on, there was so sexual tension there! She even saw his dinker. What? Too much ship? Just me? Okay then, I'll just show myself out...>.>

I don't think graphics need always be the focus. That kind of outlook, I feel, ruins a lot of games as visual fidelity ends up superseding *substance*; in this case the interactivity and reactivity of the Sims in general. Look at SimCity. The game can be damn pretty, but look at all the errors made everywhere else.

The Look of Marriage. Says everything that needs to be said about that "sacred union" of two people XD

This is such a bitter pill to swallow. The game looks decent, fun, and the story for it was written by Greg Weisman and was intended to fill the five year jump between Season 1 and 'Invasion.' Still, likewise according to Weisman and Vietti, even if this game sold extremely well (doubtful), it's unlikely Warner Bros.

Given that Prey 2 as it was first revealed looked like a cross between The Witcher, Star Wars, and Blade Runner I'm more than a little disappointed. I really did love Dishonored so I'm sure we'll get something interesting from Arkane to say the least. But what we saw in that Trailer and Demo Human Head showed the

Citadel tried some humor, but it was still played very "romantically" or thoughtful when it finally came down to it. More heartfelt than anything else. Frankly most of it was shit IMO, while Saint's 4 goes for the 100% non-serious, over the top, porn parody humor. With Shaundi kind of being the exception though. My

As someone else pointed out I believe, Volition didn't want anyone to have anything to bitch about so they made all the character either bisexual or turned the "romance" scene into a clever innuendo gag. Kinsey though (who was actually kind of asexual in SR3 , i.e. she prefered vibrators to anything else) jumps on

Knowing Nolan? He had everyone in the booth laughing. Doesn't mean they couldn't eventually get a good take.

Dude, plenty of spoiler warning. Plus Volition even showed in the trailers that you can hook up. So Kotaku's not really ruining anything.
