*enjoy, not join

Admittedly I got into Aimee Mann through “Mental Illness” so I’m more inclined to join her folk-tinged songs than her earlier music. Hearing that she’ll keep up the trend with “Queens of the Summer Hotel” pleases me.

Ah I get it now. Between Constantine and Charlie in season 5, the showrunners felt like they filled their Brit quota.

I’d be surprised if I did NOT adore this episode. Not just a virtual reunion of almost all of the Legends, but also a stellar character episode for Gideon. That’s a 100th episode.

Astra rolling her eyes at the Brit members was a funny in-joke that didn’t wear itself out thankfully.

Yeah I was apprehensive about this too. The showrunner, Shion Takeuchi, is half-Japanese herself so if she oversaw the casting, then I guess she is cool with it? I’m a white-passing Eurasian myself so I have mixed feelings about all this.

I’ll echo what everyone else is thinking and say it is so weird to have this show back within weeks of the previous finale. But I’m certainly not against it - it’s good to have the Waverider crew back and in the most dire of circumstances.

Olivia Swann is 5'10" (or 1.78 m) while Lisseth Chavez is six inches (15 cm) shorter, which is average for a woman in the States.

Maybe there will be a character written this way in Resurrections.

Given that she only appears in group shots and doesn’t have a single line or joke/gag, it would not surprise me if she only appears in Episode 1 and is killed off right afterward.
