I had the very same issue with my 2015 sonata, I’m 6 ft. and weight 280 lbs. and I have owned several cars and never had this issue with any of them. for Hyundai to say that the issue was the weight of the customer is ridiculous, and if Hyundai wants to be the number 1 car seller in the USA they better start honoring…
