wow. for real time this is incredible ! Volumetric lighting is notoriously processor heavy even for pre rendered scenes but here there is stack loads of what looks like true volumetric effects/lighting/fog/exhaust etc and if this is all running in UE engine then wow.
I might fly across the country to New Jersey to see this.
