At age 16 I learned to drive a manual on my parents 62 Chevrolet Belair Station Wagon.  3 on the tree as they say.  Not much longer after that I convinced my mom and dad to buy a 69 Plymouth Roadrunner.  383cid, 335hp and 4 on the floor.  It was and has been the crowning achievement of my early life.

The one time I bought an F1 T-shirt online, it was total crap.  I was going to throw it away, but decided to use it to clean up after my doggie pooped in the house.  And even at that, it was that horrible blend of fabrics that don’t absorb squat.

To watch I invest the $79/year to get the live stream from F1TV. I can watch when I want and also get in-car video streams. So literally you could watch the race 20 times from each drivers point of view. I typically switch to in-car mode when the live stream is following the leaders and I want to watch my favorites…

To my particular advantage, and in association with my size 14 E-Width feet, the absence of the center console would possibly allow a smidge of greater distance between gas, brake and clutch pedals. It pains me every time I press on the gas and brake at the same time.
