I would not have considered it, but it makes so much sense. The nav systems are being forced in there anyway. I have always had straightforward commutes, but this totally makes sense.

TIL a good use for forcing the navigation system into so many new cars. My commutes have always been pretty straightforward, so even a delay on the main route is still the quickest route. Thanks for sharing.
Exactly. Too much speed too quickly. Not the car’s fault.
I think it is because Tesla gives more power to accelerate to their cars. No one is (continously) hooning a Leaf. But with advanced batteries, Li-On instead of NiMH like an older Prius, there is a chance of battery disruption at speed leading to fires.
I tend to agree with Grundewald. Oversight, sure, but it does not really matter. It is a competitive charity race, probably with no chance as a qualifying event anywhere and little professional running sponsorships, as the sponsorships were likely local and brought on more from Gaines than anyone else.
coworker is a diiiiiiiiiick.
Many restaurants, usually diners, stateside allow you to key in your own tips at the register, ie Village Inn, Black Bear Diner, etc, where your server brings the bill but you pay at the front register and manually put in the tip amount.
Way to cut through the BS and call out the validation seeking whiners among the international women-counting john, the sports radio spoiled, and the movie spoiler whiner. Those were the answers we actually needed.
Yep, that is the context that I heard it in. My older brother, his friends, probably even adults we were riding with before we could drive, would all justify rolling through ‘optional’ stop signs that way.
The frequency comes in because it is on a drivers’ ed training car. My teacher told us the same thing but made sure we knew it was in the context of the course cars only, since a classmate was literally going full lock to full lock quickly in one of the cars while parked, like an idiot. You get a bunch of stupid…
PG was bush league all series long. So many horrible misses lead to frustration, which he took out with low blows, elbows, and bad sportsmanship. Glad to see him gone.

The level of self-awareness that it would require to do this would be astounding. If it was a high-school rivalry and one side did this at a JV level (so there would be no long-term bragging rights), it would be such a blow to the other team’s reputation. No one ever looks how they scored that many, just the final…
Perfect movie for...high school males and those that share their mentalities. That seems like a harsher criticism than I really mean for it to be, but like other commenters have already said, the racing is not very authentic, the relationships come out too clean, the interactions on and outside the track are a little…
Counterpoint: He just needs to be taking more awful shots and not making them, wasting more possessions for the Thunder and letting his ego grow and dictate all interactions with his teammates and any who interact with him. I foresee this being the best set of contributions Melo can make to this series.
Yeah...this is just crappy fry sauce. Hard pass.
Go with the Toyota 86, it is the car that checks every box you just listed.
Oh the NW tears spilled into the gloomy night...I want to see this. The MN poster above complaining about the Lakers wearing the MPLS jerseys was kind of endearing, but the Thunder in Sonics jerseys would be delightful, to me, a hater.
Is this like “Nobody likes the tuna” from the original FF? If so, this deep-cut tie-in joke wins the thread!
Not saying that I necessarily agree, but this is why (along with the 17 assists, 0 turnovers) the local sports talk radio show calls Lebron the best point guard in the NBA.
