They turbocharged the Cobra Jet a couple of years ago, why not use what they learned from that now? I think they are just being misleading to throw off rumors.

Thanks, forgot about those. I live next to Eglin, so that one is super easy to remember.

More like 500 miles from Tyndall to Cuba. Also, most of their testing is done over the Gulf, so it's not like they don't patrol it with jets. I live down here, there is always something in the air. Tyndall is also within 75-100 miles of Eglin AFB and 150 if NAS Pensacola.

The all new, redesigned (concept) NSX!

With the amount of bases he would have to pass around to get to Cuba, there isn't much of a chance of that. Remember, Florida is made up of a couple of beaches and a lot of bases.

The rollback thing isn't just a Florida thing lol. There are shady dealers everywhere.

I am convinced that the snowbirds bring down their car's that they can't register up north, to sell down here. But then again, lax laws like that isn't always that bad of a thing.

The 12V Cummins is industrial art. It's beautiful.

See where it says "Engine Oil", that is where the valve covers begin. So that is part of the engine. Which the induction system is also part of the engine, so?

My Dad's truck is a different story, he bought it in Georgia with a salvage/rebuilt title, registered it in Alabama with a salvage/rebuilt title, and then when we moved to Florida, it came up as a clear title. We know what happened to it, a limb hit the passenger side fender, but it's weird how the salvage just

I think this is the engine you were looking for.

Now playing

You clearly don't know anything about diesel trucks. For starters it is Duramax, not DuraMax. Second, the Allison want even handle as much power as a Spartan tuned 6.4 puts out. The Allison is a great transmission, AS LONG AS the truck remains stock. Third, the 6.4 comes from the factory with a compound set up. A well

I am not a Ford enthusiast. I simply stated that if I was going for performance with just a tune, the 6.4 would be my choice. It has been proven MANY, MANY times that the 6.4 is very easily tuneable. Where most engines you are lucky to squeeze 150-200whp out of with stock turbo/injectors, the 6.4 has been reliably

I never said they weren't reliable, but they still don't have the same track record as Ford and Dodge. The 6.0 had some problems at the start, but with maintenance done correctly, they still are 400k+ mile engines. There are VERY few Duramax's that make it that far. Also, LML's dyno out at the wheels to around

You said you would take a tuned Duramax over the Callaway, hence the 500hp. The 6.7 hasn't had the greatest track record since all the emissions requirements. Deleted, the Cummins has the best track record yes. I would buy the Cummins in a heart beat over the Ford as a daily driver. But this was about power. A tuned

Yes, while that is true, they will still pin it on the tuner every time.

It's not uncommon at all for 6.4 to be running with that kind of power. Most people just know not to run the race tune all the time, remember, pretty much every tuner comes with more than one tune.
