Mine got the recall before I got it. So that means I've already had to have the top end completely rebuilt again. Stupid exhaust design. What were they thinking putting a collector where the aluminum heads and the iron block meet?

I wish I didn't live in Florida, this makes me miss the north east even more. There aren't any good trails to abuse mine on.

Shut your whore mouth... Just kidding they are awful, but I love mine. It'll take me anywhere I want to go... I just don't know how fast or how much oil my engine is actually getting because sensors are failing left and right. Wouldn't trade it for anything though.

The beauty of a truck. My Dad's Ram will take off in 4th and it isn't even a diesel.

Believe it or not, the D700 was a big block 318.

Well that's where the radiator, intercooler, and oil cooler goes. The trans cooler might also go there. So it has to have room for air to flow to all of those.

I haven't got stuck yet, thanks to low gears and old Toyota toughness.

Okay, when we go mudding we don't use science. We (except for one dumbass friend) use the skinny pedal.

It's not flotation. The wider the tire, the better the weight of the vehicle is displaced and also provides more contact area for the treads to grab.

I've been deeper than that with 33's. Some things you just don't crawl through.

Just think of all the Land Cruiser's with 350's in them.

It isn't that weird. It was originally a straight 6 and now it just has a more powerful newer Toyota straight 6. It's like putting an LS1 in a K5 Blazer.

It was definitely a feel trip I wasn't expecting.

The headlights aren't smoked, inside the housing is black.

It's probably a CNG conversion truck. Many companies are using it now. In fact I do believe it is an option for this engine.

Also, I'm thinking the torque numbers are probably insane on the Marquis.

I'm just throwing this out there, but I would almost be willing to bet Ford gave him the truck for publicity.

It looks like an updated last gen Monte Carlo.

It's was just an advertisement ploy by Ford. They new good and damn well if they simply putting the word "Eco" in the name it would sale like hotcakes to the uninformed.
