I have been advocating elderly mandatory driving tests for years. Sometime right after being rear-ended by an elderly lady at a red light we had been sitting at for at least a minute because she was convinced that everyone else was moving and the light had turned green.

She also failed to secure the carseat. They work better when you attach them to something.
