How tacky can you get, you say?

I was thinking of this engine. Known as the Duratec 2.3 in the Fords, and the MZR engines in the Mazdas. Not sure how much they share, I was just curious if someone knew if they could be interchanged.

Something I’ve always been curious about: Since Mazda essentially uses the same 2.3 in the Mazda3, couldn’t one theoretically take a Mazdaspeed3 engine and drop it into a Ranger?

Also, I don’t think turbo teen’s car had a turbo? It looks like a 1980's Chevy Camaro or a Pontiac Firebird, which didn’t have a turbo.

I’m not exactly sure how a tiny Toyota Celica can manage to flip another car by rear-ending it under braking.
