... So she still died of severe asthma she suffered from since birth, but now they’re blaming pollution years later because politics have changed?
This is more an extreme example of moving the goalpost than a damning indictment on man-made pollution.
Also: this clickbait belongs on that Earther rag, not Jalopnik.

1) Citroen Saxo VTS 16v is a cheaper 106 GTi, and let me tell you, both of them were sublime.

It’s dramatically overvalued. A good P/E is 20. Tesla’s is 1,300.

You nailed it. Some BMW motors have some huge reliability issues, but this family of straight 6 is not one of them. Their lower-tier motors have usually tended to be pretty stout, hence why you see so many of these things on the road still chugging along with high miles.

If it checks out, and the seller has the service records, I’d award it a Nice Price.

Tesla’s paint quality is so bad that it’s probably difficult to establish whether it was a shoddy repair that led to differences in paint thickness or whether your car being painted in a tent in a parking lot caused it.

But the roof stayed on?  This is an improvement on usual Tesla build quality.

If only you could also reach the bumper...

Good news! Now the driver’s hands are freed up to hold the roof on.

5th Gear: Teslas will hold their value so long as they are under warranty. Once that warranty goes, they will plummet, given that there aren’t third party servicers.

The X5 was controversial because it was an SUV, but can’t recall any issues with the styling. It blended pretty well with the recently released E46 at the time.

I can see following trends but keeping a toe in a still large segment isn’t a bad idea, especially if you are a large and diverse company, you can have a lower margin or loss leader offering to keep a base covered.

I have owned the following BMW cars all of which I enjoyed:

If a 99 Honda can take a few curb hits over 10 years and not crumple into scrap, what the fuck is a Tesla’s excuse?

I think the BLM = terrorism was spawned from seeing all the businesses and communities get destroyed. The BLM movement struggled at least initially to distinguish the people protesting inequality and the anarchists just there to break shit. And to be fair there definitely was over lap between the groups.

Interestingly enough, I met with my money guy yesterday and was bemoaning why I didn’t jump in when Tesla was at $361 in March.

Paint was baked on mine and I wet sanded and cleared it last year. I decided to do a light sand 800 and 1000 grit again this year and polish out the clear. Went right thru the 2X Clear. Its a survivor 197K Miles. I will be wearing a Mask this weekend

The S-Class was never the most advanced car in the world. It was always supposed to be one of the most luxurious cars in the world that also happened to be advanced.

EW. The shiny black interior bit thing needs to end. This glossy black shit is usually plastic (despite the fancy marketing name ‘piano black’). And in the upper end cars where it’s actually wood, it ends up looking like plastic anyway.
