If you need a reliable car, love old Jeeps, and can’t deal with driving a car you don’t like, just get another old Jeep, but one that has been properly restored.

Porsche’s, particularly 911's, are well known for being very reliable, and I can’t see that changing. I just think that it was designed to make money for dealer service departments, as they’d have to remove the engine cover, active spoiler, and probably the rear bumper and taillights to access the engine.

Millenial here, and no, I’m not interested. I’d rather save up for an E Class Wagon, or buy a used E Class, S Class, or 190.

The computer that tells the door handle to retract could probably be reprogrammed to prevent it from ever retracting. If I ever own a 992 911, that’s what I would do. Better than the car locking you out like a Tesla or an early McLaren MP4-12C.

This’ll be good for torque of course, but I’m still not sold. When EVs are pushed hard, they tend to overheat quickly, so wouldn’t an electric F150 have a lower towing capacity to prevent it from overheating?

The Leaf would also be good for 10 years, and then die due to battery degradation.

Ford and GM will bring back the sedans eventually when gas prices go up. Thing is, they’ll be rushed to the marked, and be total crap as a result.

The last time a BMW had a really ugly styling feature, the styling feature got a name-the Bangle Butt. We should start calling this the Pig Snout

Don’t forget Toyota- they make the new Corolla in the UK.

During the referendum, Brexit campaigners claimed that if we left the EU, we’d have an extra £300 million to spend on healthcare EACH DAY. And there were enough people who were gullible enough to believe it.

The last automatic I drove was a Mercedes CL500 that I test drove. Great car, but I kept wondering when it would change gear, even though it was shifting perfectly fine. I also found it weird not having to press the clutch when stopping. It was great in the slow moving traffic once I was used to it, but when it came

There’s nothing wrong with the F30 3 Series. Its still a fun car to drive- it just needs to be the right spec.

The “Sport” version is the one to have here. A few extra features does not justify the Signature costing $14k more. Also, Mazda automatics aren’t nearly as reliable as the manuals, nor are they as fun.

The silver lining is that it doesn’t bother with fake exhausts.

That was the 6.2 then. The 5.5 was more reliable. The most reliable versions of the W221 S Class are the diesels, followed by the M273 V8 in the S500.

Hard to believe that the company that gave us the W123 is now making a plasticky economy car full of gadgets and gimmicks.

I wonder what the X7 will look like when it gets facelifted in about 3 or 4 years.

People balked at the Bangle Butt in 2001, so why did BMW think the Pig Snout would be accepted today?

I really hope Saab NEVS succeed. So far, EVs are either overpriced for what they are, extremely poorly built (like Tesla’s), or both. Wouldn’t it be great if the first decent EV turns out being a Saab from about 2003?
