I bought my Wii U at launch. In brief, I really like it, and I'm glad I own it. On its own, it holds up as a very good console.

The gameplay and concepts in this sound really good, with bags of potential but the mutilation of Middle Earth to support this game is more than a bit cringe worthy. It's really holding back the game for me and I just wish they could have applied this gameplay to a whole new IP.
Still, I'll try to keep an open mind…
I want it to happen just to see how the two reconcile TWO DIFFERENT Quicksilvers.
Feel free to disagree, as she rarely went into action, but I always thought Janine was a bit of a bad ass.
Sorry :(
Of course it's blood - if you don't make a sacrifice to Satan, how do you expect to get good rolls?
One of my most vivid memories is being a freshman and spending the night at a friends house for him to play D&D for the first time.
Not Black Leaf ! NOOOOOO!
Nor does any (sane) Christian I know go around promoting garbage like this.
I'm guessing this is a joke. If it isn't I want to say, as a Christian, nobody I've ever met thinks this shit.
Yeah yeah yeah, that movie looks ridiculously silly.
Sometimes it makes me sad that I know stuff like that...
Basically, a lot of fun. And a lot of sadness.
It's been going OK, I guess. I've had at least as much fun with the downloadable e-shop games as I have with the retail games.
I'm glad I bought it, but then again I've had every Nintendo system, so no regrets. Basically just waiting for Smash Bros, new Metroid, New Zelda,…
Correction: This is not a popular view among internet tough guys. I'm guessing there's a huge section of the general public, myself included, that would have an extremely hard time killing someone even to protect their own life..
I don't feel divorced. A touch of sympathy is there, we'll take it slow, feel the water, see how it goes.. Still hopeful after being burnt so much and so many times.. Ahh I remember how hopeful I was when I was youn...
"The problem with real physical characters is they are so limited, and so hard to look real."
I'd hardly dismiss CG, I really appreciate it and I respect the digital artists who work their asses off. I, however, can't respect the CG overkill that was the prequel trilogy.
At least Roger Rabbit jammed cartoons into real environments (for the most part). The prequels are just CG characters, and live-action actors so poorly directed they look like CG characters, floating around in full-CG environments.
You're right, it's widely regarded as science fantasy. And that's not a bad thing.
Watch this.
