I’m 30 hours into it and it depends on the challenge you want. If you want to min/max in a rpg then yes but if not, you can do whatever you want with gear and stats. The only hard fights are the bosses so those take more preparations. IMO, the gear/skill setup is overall too complicated for it’s own good. It distracts…

Because the brain processes and stores your skill when you’re sleeping. If I had a dollar for every time I spent hours trying to take o a boss in Dark Souls only to say, “fuck it, I’m going to bed,” and wake up the next morning and completely mop the floor with said boss(es), I’d have....I dunno...maybe like $23?
