i guess this is where the cable companies dominate you and the supreme court has forced you to get cable if you want to watch "free" television. for real though, if you don't need to watch it live, have you tried torrents?

fun fact; pretty much everywhere i've lived i just plug the cable directly from the wall into my tv. even without paying for cable tv i still get the local channels through the cable.
I bought something exactly like this from REI about 7 years ago, it was maybe 60$
